{Whole30} Day 4

Well, my poor baby is still super sick. I didn’t have a chance to write this on the night of day 4, and now, four days later it’s all kind of a blur. Between caring for him, not sleeping at night, and going to see his Doc, I don’t even know how I managed to eat enough yesterday!

Breakfast:
Three eggs, sauteed green peppers + zucchini, and avocado on the side. This was the quickest breakfast I could think of.

Snack:
I had some bulletproof coffee (obviously subbing ghee for butter) to which I added vanilla, cinnamon, and a little coconut milk to. As someone who ALWAYS sweetens their coffee, this was a pretty darn good substitute! Also a handful of this large flaked coconut – SO good. (Have you ever tried to photography your hand holding something? It looks bad, no matter what).

Lunch:
Leftovers from last night’s Chicken Pot Pie Crumble.

Dinner:
Um, more leftovers. It was a bit of a chaotic evening, to say the least.

    Totally know about photographing your hand. I always think, do my hands look this funny in real life?!
